I wonder if the Canadian mint intentionally gave 1989 loonies an unfair advantage for HEADS.Who regulates the amount of coin-ore used to weight down the nature scene on the other side? Anyone?
The nature scene has all those water lines on it, do ALL loonies come out HEADS two thirds of the time?
