I'm beginning to wonder about your motivations here: 'oh I am a dispassionate judge'. You seem all happy about Heads appearing, yet as you likely know, not only is it illegal (indeed a felony) to fly the flag upside down (a sign of surrender and of disrespect), but it is also illegal to turn the Queen's portrait upside down. It is punishable by 30 days in London Tower. And yet you blatantly display Liz's portrait dangling helplessly, undignified - making it more likely that Tails will appear from out of the shadows.
